Our program begins with early childhood which includes PRE-K 3, PRE-K 4. At Saint Margaret Mary, we offer a stimulating and secure learning environment while integrating our Catholic faith. The early childhood program is designed to meet the developmental needs of young children and includes hands-on learning centers, outdoor play, art, music, and movement. Children are encouraged to grow in independence, explore the world around them, and learn through developmentally appropriate learning activities. The curriculum addresses all domains of early childhood development in the areas of phonemic awareness, prewriting/writing, reading, math, science, social studies, and religion.
Our Mother's Day Out Program is a Tuesday/Thursday class for two year olds. This "Learn by Play" program began in 2017 and has been very successful in teaching children so many things that help prepare them for the beginning of their educational journey. MDO introduces prayer, letters, colors, shapes and numbers. We sing songs, learn to share, take turns, and learn to be a kind friend. By the end of their time in MDO, they have learned and grown so much and are ready for Pre-K.
